At Aerostar Helmets, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. We ensure that each helmet undergoes thorough quality checks before dispatch. However, in the rare event of receiving a defective or incorrect product, our Return & Exchange Policy allows for a hassle-free resolution under the following terms:
Eligibility for Exchange or Replacement
You may request an exchange or replacement within 24 hours of receiving your helmet only if:
- The product received is damaged or defective
- There is a size mismatch
- The item is missing parts or accessories
- The product is different from what you ordered
Conditions for a Valid Exchange
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags,
manuals, and accessories intact. - Exchange is allowed only once per order. Products exchanged once cannot be
exchanged again. - Exchange is valid only for purchases made directly through official Aerostar
Helmet online platforms.
Steps to Request an Exchange
1. Email us at helmets@saigroupglobal.com within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Mention your Order ID or Invoice number.
3. Attach clear images or a video showing the issue (e.g., damage, size mismatch, wrong
item).
4. Our team will verify and confirm your eligibility and tentative time for replacement..
5. If approved, a free replacement or exchange will be arranged. The original item must
be returned before the new one is dispatched.
Important Notes
- Replacements are subject to stock availability of the exact same model and size.
- If the product is out of stock, we will offer alternatives or issue a refund.
- Products not purchased from Aerostar’s official online platform are not eligible for exchange.
- Returns for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference are not accepted.
