Aerostar Helmets – Order Cancellation Policy

At Aerostar Helmets, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent purchase experience. Please review our cancellation policy below:

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order only before it is marked as & “Ready to Dispatch.” Once the status changes to “Ready to Dispatch” or “Shipped”, the cancellation option will no longer be available.

To cancel your Aerostar Helmet order:

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to My Account > My Orders
  2. Select the order you wish to cancel
  3. Click ‘Cancel Order’ for the relevant item(s)
  4. Select the reason for cancellation and confirm
  5. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful cancellation

Partial or Full Cancellation

  • You may cancel either a part of your order or the entire order.
  • Cancellations are allowed only once per order — after one cancellation (partial or full), no further cancellations will be permitted for the remaining items.

Disabled Cancellation Option
If the ‘Cancel’ option appears disabled, it means the product(s) are already Ready to Dispatch or have been Shipped and are no longer eligible for cancellation.

Refund Policy

  • A full refund will be issued for all successfully cancelled items.
  • Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days.

Order Cancellation by Aerostar
In some cases, Aerostar may cancel your order due to:

  • Product unavailability or stock-out
  • Delivery to an unserviceable location
  • Multiple failed delivery attempts

If your order is cancelled by us, a full refund will be automatically processed.
