Aerostar Helmets- Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
Aerostar provides a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects on all helmets, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Aerostar will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace it, if repair is not possible.

2. What is Covered?
This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects, which may include:

  • Defects in materials
  • Faulty workmanship
  • Defective internal fittings not caused by user negligence

3. What is Not Covered? (Warranty Exclusions)
This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage due to accidents, impacts, or falls
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., liner, cheek pads, beading, inner cushion)
  • Scratches or marks on visors or outer shell from regular use
  • Color fading or paint chipping due to UV exposure or usage
  • Damage due to exposure to water, heat, or chemicals
  • Modifications or customization by the user (e.g., paint, adhesives, technical changes)
  • Usage inconsistent with manufacturer guidelines or care instructions
  • Improper cleaning, lack of maintenance, or negligent handling
  • Subjective concerns such as comfort, size, noise, or aerodynamic performance
  • Damage caused during storage or transport due to poor packaging
  • Products purchased under promotional offers or without valid invoices

Important: This warranty does not cover external parts such as visors, visor fittings, peak,
spoiler, jaw, or cheek padding.

4. Cosmetic Damages
Minor cosmetic damages (e.g., scratches, marks, or slight color inconsistencies) are not considered manufacturing defects. Customers are advised to thoroughly inspect the product at the time of delivery.

5. To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Contact us at: helmets@saigroupglobal.com
  2. Submit the following:
    • A copy of the original tax invoice from an authorized dealer
    • Images/videos clearly showing the defect
  3. Upon review, we may:
    • Request additional details or visuals
    • Schedule a pickup or request shipment for physical inspection
  4. If the claim is approved after inspection:
    • The helmet will be repaired or replaced
    • The decision to repair or replace is at Aerostar’s sole discretion
  5. If the claim is rejected, the helmet will be returned “as-is”

All products must be securely packaged during return. Damage during transit due to poor packaging is not covered.

6. Terms & Limitations

  • Claims without valid invoice or proof of purchase will be rejected
  • Warranty is non-transferable and applicable only to the original purchaser
  • In case of replacement, the warranty continues only for the remaining original period
  • Aerostar reserves the right to reject any claim that does not comply with this policy
  • Refunds are not applicable under this warranty

7. Liability Disclaimer
Aerostar shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Any personal injuries, including facial injuries from open-face helmets
  • Warranty beyond the defined terms and condition
